These essential oils are diluted with pure carrier oils so you can safely apply it directly to your skin.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

• Essential oils are activated through the rubbing action of applying the roll-on to pressure points.
• This stimulates the nerve endings in the area and triggers an increased flow of blood.
• Essential oils are absorbed through the skin and have an immediate effect via the olfactory pathways into the brain.
• Apply the remedy behind the ears, on temples and between eyebrows.
• Each application will last up to 3 hours.
• Simply re-apply when needed.
