- Dandelite is operated from South Africa and our prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude VAT as we are not registered for VAT.
- Dandelite currently only accept orders for delivery to addresses within the borders of South Africa.
- Our products are produced in small batches from natural ingredients and therefore batch variations may occur.

- All items sold on our website are shipped via courier at a flat rate of R100 per package. The maximum weight per package is 2 kg. Orders over R500 are shipped free of charge.

- If any of our products are defective or not to your satisfaction, please contact us within 30 days from receipt of your order for a refund or replacement item.
